" Rapido presto " is sometimes how we like to cook our meals, especially during the week. Here is a recipe for a good salmon dish with fresh tomatoes for a tasty, yet quick option when you want to keep things simple! Enjoy your meal!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon fillets cut in 4 (800 g)
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 5 tablespoons of Fruité vert extra virgin olive oil Maison Orphée
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Basil leaves and black olives for decoration

    PREPARATION

    1. Combine garlic, chopped basil, oil and salt. Let this infusion stand for 15 minutes.
    2. Steam salmon fillets for 5 minutes.
    3. Add tomatoes to the oil infusion and season with salt and pepper
    4. Place the fish on the bed of tomatoes and decorate with basil leaves and olives.

    We recommend serving over fresh tagliatelle for a complete meal.
