1. Products and prices
The prices on our website are expressed in Canadian dollars. Maison Orphée reserves the right to change the price of the products offered on its website without notice. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue a product, without notice.
All our products are subject to their availability and we reserve the right to impose a limit or maximum quantity per order and this on any order.
Some products may only be ordered online through our website. Some products may be available in limited quantities.
We do our best to ensure that the products on our website represent the physical colours and appearance of the products as closely as possible. We cannot guarantee the display on your monitors.
Because they are natural, our products can vary from one harvest/lot to another. All of our products have been approved and tested by our quality team to ensure that the best ingredients are used. However, they may differ as to the colour, texture, taste or odor to previously purchased products.
2. Payment and billing information
Payment on our website is made through the Moneris online payment solution.
By using a credit card you warrant that you are authorised to use that method of payment and that you authorise Moneris to charge the full amount of the order, including the amount of your purchase as well as delivery charges (if applicable), taxes and other charges.
If your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or not accepted, your order will be suspended or cancelled.
We reserve the right, without being compelled, to limit the sales of our products or services to a certain person or geographical region or to certain country or territory.
Maison Orphée Ensures that all of its products are delivered to Canada through Canada Post.
Once your order is validated, Maison Orphée prepares your order with the utmost care. Each item is carefully packaged in a box, which ensures that you will receive your bottles exactly as if you were going to pick it up at a grocery store.
Orders placed on our online shop are processed within 5 business days. We ship by parcel post, please allow 2-10 days for your order to arrive.
You agree to pay the shipping and handling charges posted at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling costs from time to time. However before you make your purchase you will always be aware of the fees you will have to pay before finalizing your order.
Shipping costs :
- 10.00 for Quebec, Ontario and the Atlantic Provinces
- 12.00 for other provinces of Canada
- Free shipping with any purchase of $69 or more for Quebec, Ontario and Atlantic Provinces
- Free shipping with any $100 purchase or more for other Canadian Provinces and Territories
4. Receipt of products
When you receive the products, you are responsible for inspecting all the products received to see if there is any damage that would have occurred during delivery.
If you receive your order with a missing product please contact us by phone or email. The missing product can be replaced if you wish, and the delivery costs will be covered by Maison Orphée. If you no longer wish to receive the missing product or if there is no product left in stock, Maison Orphée will refund the purchase price of the product.
5. Order modification and cancellation
If you would like to make changes to an order that you have just placed, please contact customer service by phone or by email indicating the order number and the changes you wish to make (open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:00 and Friday 8:30 to 16:00).
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service by phone or by email indicating your order number.
Please note that it may not be possible to change your original order or cancel it because the order processing is done as soon as they are received.
6. Returns and refunds
A product ordered in error and delivered in good condition can be exchanged or refunded. However, the product should be returned in its original packaging within thirty (30) days at the customer's expense.
Maison Orphée will notify you by email of the amount paid on your credit card in case of reimbursement.
Maison Orphée will not reimburse the shipping costs for the exchange or refund a product in good condition.
If a product does not match your order, you must contact us immediately by phone or email. Maison Orphée will bear all costs of returning and reshipping the product.
No returns will be made on opened and/or used products.
