    The prices indicated on the website are in Canadian dollars ($). Maison Orphée reserves the right to modify them at any time without notice.

    All our products are subject to applicable taxes in the province or territory where they are shipped.

     

    PAYMENT AND BILLING  

    By using a credit card, you guarantee that you are authorized to use this method of payment and authorize Moneris to debit the total amount of the order, including the purchase amount, as well as any applicable delivery fees, taxes, and other charges.

    If your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is declined, your order will be suspended and/or canceled.

     

    POSTAL SERVICES  

    Maison Orphée ensures delivery, in Canada only, of all its products through various postal companies, including Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, and FedEx.

     

    ORDER PROCESSING

    Orders placed on our website are processed within 5-10 business days, from order processing to shipping.

     

    SHIPPING FEES

    To guarantee the delivery of your order, a fixed fee will be added to the total amount based on the location of the shipping address. By proceeding with the payment, you consent to this additional charge.
    Please note that we reserve the right to modify the shipping fees without prior notice, whether to increase, decrease, add, or eliminate them.

    Fixed shipping fees :

    • $10.00 for Quebec.
    • $20.00 for Ontario.
    • $25.00 for other provinces and territories of Canada.
    • Free delivery with a purchase of $100 or more, applicable only for Quebec.

     

    RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

    Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to inspect it and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, missing, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and provide a solution.

    REPLACE A PRODUCT 

    Maison Orphée provides the option to replace a product that has defects or a broken or defective packaging with the same item or with a product of equivalent value in case the original product is out of stock or discontinued. We will cover the shipping costs for this replacement.

     

    REFUND

    If a product replacement is not suitable for various reasons, it is possible to request a refund only for the defective product(s). You will then be reimbursed according to the original payment method.

    Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and display the refund in your account. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

     

    MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION  

    If you wish to cancel or make changes to an order that is currently being processed, please contact us by phone or email, providing your order number and specifying the modifications to be made. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

    Please note that once your order enters the processing phase in our warehouse, we will no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
