Radicchio herbs and goat cheese

As an appetizer or as a side dish, this radicchio recipe showcases the remarkable flavors of our basil olive oil. A great little dish that's quick enough to make, it's sure to give off a tantalizing aroma in your kitchen. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium radicchio
  • 125 g of goat cheese
  • ¼ cup of olive oil with basil Maison Orphée
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. rosemary
  • Pepper
  • Fresh bread, sliced

 

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the radicchio into half-centimeter strips and place in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Place the goat cheese in pieces on the radicchio.
  4. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes.
  6. Remove garlic and add herbs.
  7. Add pepper to taste.
  8. Pour oil over cheese and radicchio. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Serve with slices of fresh bread.
