BBQ on the go contest with Accent Sauce

Rules for the BBQ on the go contest presented by Maison Orphée

1.  To enter the contest, participants must subscribe to the Maison Orphée newsletter with a valid email address.

2. This contest is open only to Canadian residents aged 18 and over. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. Participants will have from the time the contest goes online (April 30, 2024 at 8:00 a.m.) until the time it closes (May 9, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.) to enter.

4. The prize description is as follows: 

   An assortment of 4 flavors from the Accent Sauce Collection

   The new Garden Passion vinaigrette

   An Everdure CUBE Khaki charcoal BBQ 

   A Kliin cleaning cloth by Maison Orphée

   This prize, with a total value of $275, is not exchangeable, redeemable for cash or refundable;

5. The winner will be selected in a random draw via Klaviyo on May 10 at 10:00 a.m. from among all newsletter subscribers.
6. The name of the winner will be announced on Facebook on May 10, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
7. On May 10, 2024, the winner will be personally notified of his or her win via e-mail.

8. The following persons are excluded from the contest: the person for whose benefit the advertising contest is held, his or her employees, representatives, agents and family members;

9. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

10. Facebook is neither responsible for nor associated with the running of this contest. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
