We recommend using it in sauces or marinades, to accompany grilled meats or tartars, to add to a burger, etc.
Did you know? We use cider vinegar as a natural preservative and do not add any sulphites to our mustards.

I have been using this mustard for a few years. Then I stopped seeing it in the stores. I was happy to see it on line. It is spicy, but not too much and you can taste the maple . I have used it in my sandwiches I have also used it when mixing up tuna,salmon and chopped egg. It gives it a nice spicy, maple taste. It is on of my favorite Maison Orphée products.
