Ingredients
- Approximately 200 g diced salmon
- 3 tbsp. yellow mustard with turmeric Maison Orphée
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar Maison Orphée
- 2 tsp. delicate extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. diced green apple
- 3 tbsp. cucumber cubes
- The juice of half a lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
