White fish ceviche, quick and easy with our lemon and poppy vinaigrette

Fish Ceviche with lemon

Preparation: 10 minutes

Marinade: 20 minutes

Yield : One main dish or 2 appetizers

Satisfy your envy of travelling by cooking this Latin American dish that will transport you with its flavors. Fresh fish, lemon, dill and jalapeños: a delicious combination you will certainly love!

Ingredients

  • Approximately 200 g of firm-fleshed white fish (cod, tilapia, etc.), cut into small cubes
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup lemon olive oil Maison Orphée
  • 1 tbsp. cider vinegar Maison Orphée
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh dill
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) fresh jalapeños
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Combine fish, red peppers, olive oil and cider vinegar. Let marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Chop the dill and jalapeños.
  3. Mix everything together and serve.
We recommend serving on Boston leaves, for example, or in a small jar.
